Finally, a Field Day with sunshine! The students and everyone involved had a great time enjoying the "flashback" games, such as leapfrog, sack races, tug-of-war, and chicken chuck. View the slideshow below.
St. Joachim School held its Fine Arts Night on May 10. Students in preschool through second grade performed "The Three Nanny Goats Gruff". Students in grades 3-8 performed a variety of songs. A slideshow from the concert and play, as well as the art fair winners, is below.
St. Joachim celebrated the Year of the Priest on April 21. Washington County priests Father Ted (St. Joachim/St. Joseph), Father Liss (St. Stephen's, Richwoods) and Father Joe (St. James, Potosi), ate lunch with the students and concelebrated a special mass. A slideshow is below.
St. Joachim recognized its Math and Science Fair winners at the Home and School Meeting on April 19. A slideshow of the winners is below.
St. Joachim students in kindergarten through eighth grade took field trips on Monday and Tuesday to the YMCA of the Ozarks for outdoor education and team building. A slideshow of pictures is below.
